Returns

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is different from what was ordered
  • Is no longer needed
  • Others (Please specify)

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

All Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

The item needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you its receipt and its eligibility for refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 working days of receiving the goods return.

You will receive the credit within 4 – 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
